If you're a chaat aficionado, then Eat Street at necklace road is the place to be. Their chola bhatura is exquisite and is quite authentic.
I've tried chola bhatura in north India as well, where the item originated and where it is so widely eaten. And I can say the version here quite confirms to the original taste.
Why is this so special or important? Because there are many chaat outlet wannabes who claim to offer authentic chaat but miss the authentic taste by a mile.
So the next time you're visiting Eat Street, make sure you check out the chaat counter.
And no... no one's paying me to write this
:-)
